"My applicator, Arthur, is extremely knowledgeable about lawn care & treatments. If I had to guess, I would think he has undergone face to face customer training. Nevertheless, Weed Man is almost assured of my business providing the field personnel are comparable to Arthur. He was nice enough to provide me with his direct cell number. However, when he is off work hours or busy, the call is forwarded to the office. When this has occurred (2x) it leaves much to be desired. I have experienced it all when it comes to hired residential lawn care services. “You are awesome! Enough said. Okay, here's a little more. We had another well-known lawn care service for four years with exceptionally poor results. Appointments were cancelled, and not rescheduled for weeks at a time. The tech working on our yard made mistakes for which the manager simply said, "He'll do better next time." There was always pressure of one kind or another to sign up for more applications or different products, even though I had no use for them. In the meantime, the lawn went downhill. And then I called Weed Man. In one season our lawn had dramatically improved. We're finishing up season number two and the results are equally as good. We have had a couple of issues, like weeds and pill bugs and the techs were on top of those problems immediately.
