What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Educate prospective customers on Weed Man’s services and value
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals (with big rewards!)

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic and coachability
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our sales system
• Sales experience is a bonus—but not required (we train you!)

• Hours: Monday- Thursday 10-6 pm. Friday 9 am-5 pm. Starting January 5th hours are 11-7 Monday-Thursday and 9-5 on Fridays. Saturdays from February-June.
