Full Time Neighborhood Canvasser - Springfield, MA

Weed Man, the locally owned lawn care company is looking for our next great Full-time Neighborhood Canvasser to join our team.

Perfect job for anyone who is currently or looking to enter the fields of marketing and sales. Also, a perfect fit for anyone who enjoys working outdoors.

You will work with a supervisor and team of representatives who are trained to walk door to door offering homeowners FREE NO OBLIGATION lawn care quotes and distributing flyers. The main objective is to introduce our company to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm, as well as, generate leads. No selling is required for this position.

Hours:

• Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Half-hour lunch break

• Paid drive time to and from destinations

Pay is commission, based on leads and sales generated - minimum: $16

• Positive attitude and energy are a must.

• Excellent communication skills and coachability required.

• Previous customer service or sales experience helps, but we will train you.
